How to plan a week of meals with a shopping list that builds itself

Tell MealWisp your body stats, goal, diet and allergies. It calculates a daily calorie target and builds up to a week of meals against it. Drag the meals across the calendar's four daily slots, then send everything to one shopping list grouped by aisle, where each line shows which recipe needs it.
Limits are monthly, never daily, so planning a whole week on one Sunday costs nothing extra.
The steps
- 1Open the planner chat and enter your body stats and your goal.
- 2Set diet, allergies and cuisines. The planner treats them as hard constraints, not suggestions.
- 3Review the week. Save any meal to your library or drop it onto the calendar.
- 4Drag meals between days and slots until the week suits you.
- 5Send the ingredients to the shopping list and shop by aisle.
